Instructions

  1. If brisket isn’t cooked, slow cook or smoke it until tender (about 8 hours at 225°F).

  2. Warm the cooked brisket in a skillet with some barbecue sauce over medium heat until heated through.

  3. Toast sandwich buns lightly if desired.

  4. Pile generous portions of brisket on the bottom half of each bun.
