Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt

½ cup milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-cup Bundt pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

Alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream/milk mixture to the creamed butter, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

Pour batter evenly into prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.

Bake 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let cake cool in pan 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
