Description

Fudgy chocolate brownies swirled with tangy cheesecake and sweet cherry pie filling, baked into decadent bars that blend three classic desserts into one irresistible treat.

Brownie Layer:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter

  • 6 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped

  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

Cheesecake Layer:

  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Cherry Filling:

  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 13×9-inch pan with foil or parchment and lightly spray with cooking spray.

  2. For the brownies: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and chocolate together in 30-second intervals until smooth. Stir in sugar, vanilla, and salt. Beat in eggs, then flour, mixing just until incorporated.

  3. Spread brownie batter in prepared pan.

  4. For the cheesecake layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; beat until well combined.

  5. Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake mixture on top of brownie batter. Drop cherry pie filling over the cheesecake layer. Swirl the toppings with a knife for a marbled look.

  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until edges are set and cheesecake is lightly golden. Center should still jiggle slightly.

  7. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into squares.
