Ingredients
Crust:

2 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs or crushed churro cookies

Filling:

4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

1 ¼ cups granulated sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping:

½ cup granulated sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

Combine crust ingredients; press evenly into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
