Ingredients

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded

½ cup ranch dressing or 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

3 stalks green onions, chopped

⅓ cup bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

1 package (12-count) Hawaiian sweet rolls

3 tablespoons butter, melted

½ teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons dry onion flakes

½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice rolls in half horizontally, separating tops and bottoms.

In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, ranch dressing (or seasoning), cream cheese, green onions, ½ cup cheddar, and bacon until creamy and well combined.

Lay roll bottoms on a greased baking dish. Spread chicken mixture evenly over rolls.

Sprinkle remaining cheddar over the chicken filling. Place roll tops over the filling.

Combine melted butter, garlic powder, onion flakes, Italian seasoning, and parmesan. Brush generously over tops of rolls.

Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 additional minutes, until tops are golden and cheese is melted.

Let cool 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, then cut into individual sliders.
