Description
This creamy bacon pasta is rich, comforting, and loaded with crispy bacon in a silky garlic parmesan sauce. A quick 30-minute dinner the whole family will love!

- 12 oz pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towel.
- Drain most of the bacon grease, leaving about 1 tbsp in the skillet. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and bacon back into the skillet. Toss until evenly coated.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Add peas, spinach, or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter option.
