Description

A perfect balance of sweet honey and spicy Sriracha chili sauce, this versatile Honey Sriracha Sauce is great as a glaze, dip, or drizzle for chicken, shrimp, tofu, vegetables, and more.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup honey

  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to desired heat)

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar (or lime juice).

  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in garlic powder and sesame oil if using.

  4. Let cool slightly before serving. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
