1 cup plain breadcrumbs

½ cup milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup mix, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, and chopped onion if using. Mix gently until just combined.

Shape mixture into a 9×5-inch loaf on a lightly greased baking sheet or place in a loaf pan.

Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
