  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix (1.7 oz)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional for extra texture)

  • 1 cup ketchup (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup mix, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, and chopped onion if using. Mix gently until just combined.

  3. Shape mixture into a 9×5-inch loaf on a lightly greased baking sheet or place in a loaf pan.
