  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries, cubes, or wedges

  • 12 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional: fresh herbs (parsley, thyme) for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
