Description

Boom Sauce is a zesty, creamy, and tangy sauce with a bit of heat, often used as a dip, spread, or drizzle on sandwiches, burgers, fries, and seafood. Its bold flavor “booms” with a kick, thanks to a blend of mayonnaise, hot sauce, and seasonings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons sriracha or your preferred hot sauce

  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, lime juice, and smoked paprika until smooth and well combined.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
