Description

A juicy, flavorful meatloaf cooked in the air fryer for a quick and easy dinner. This recipe combines classic seasonings with a tangy glaze and cooks perfectly in about 30 minutes.

For the Meatloaf:

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

  • ½ cup finely chopped onion

  • ¼ cup milk

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 large egg

For the Glaze:

  • ½ cup ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix all meatloaf ingredients gently until combined.

  3. Shape mixture into a loaf about 4×6 inches and place in air fryer basket lined or sprayed with oil.

  4. Air fry for 15 minutes.

  5. Mix glaze ingredients. Spread half the glaze over meatloaf and air fry 5 minutes.

  6. Spread remaining glaze on meatloaf and air fry another 5-8 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

  7. Rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
