A juicy, flavorful meatloaf cooked in the air fryer for a quick and easy dinner. This recipe combines classic seasonings with a tangy glaze and cooks perfectly in about 30 minutes.
Ingredients
For the Meatloaf:
1 pound ground beef (80/20)
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup milk
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
¾ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 large egg
For the Glaze:
½ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix all meatloaf ingredients gently until combined.
Shape mixture into a loaf about 4×6 inches and place in air fryer basket lined or sprayed with oil.
Air fry for 15 minutes.
Mix glaze ingredients. Spread half the glaze over meatloaf and air fry 5 minutes.
Spread remaining glaze on meatloaf and air fry another 5-8 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
