Ingredients

12 mini bagels or slider-sized bagels

8 large eggs

¼ cup milk

Salt and pepper, to taste

6 slices cooked bacon or sausage patties, cut to fit sliders

6 slices cheddar or American cheese, halved

2 tablespoons butter or oil for cooking eggs

Optional: sliced avocado, tomato, or spinach for topping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice bagels in half horizontally and place on a baking sheet.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Heat butter or oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour eggs in and cook, stirring gently, until softly scrambled. Remove from heat.

Assemble sliders: Place scrambled eggs on bottom halves of bagels, top with bacon or sausage pieces, then cheese slices.

Place the top halves of bagels on sliders.

Bake assembled sliders for 5-7 minutes or until cheese melts and sliders are warmed through.
