Description

Mini breakfast sandwiches made with soft bagels, fluffy scrambled eggs, melted cheese, and savory breakfast meats. These sliders are perfect for grab-and-go mornings, brunches, or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 mini bagels or slider-sized bagels

  • 8 large eggs

  • ¼ cup milk

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 6 slices cooked bacon or sausage patties, cut to fit sliders

  • 6 slices cheddar or American cheese, halved

  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil for cooking eggs

  • Optional: sliced avocado, tomato, or spinach for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice bagels in half horizontally and place on a baking sheet.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  3. Heat butter or oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour eggs in and cook, stirring gently, until softly scrambled. Remove from heat.

  4. Assemble sliders: Place scrambled eggs on bottom halves of bagels, top with bacon or sausage pieces, then cheese slices.

  5. Place the top halves of bagels on sliders.

  6. Bake assembled sliders for 5-7 minutes or until cheese melts and sliders are warmed through.

  7. Optional: Add slices of avocado, tomato, or spinach before serving for fresh flavor.
