Description

For the Boom Boom Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

  • 12 tablespoons sriracha (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice or rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk flour, cornstarch, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Toss shrimp in dry mixture until evenly coated.
