Ingredients
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
Optional: 1/4 cup diced red onion
Optional: 1/2 cup dairy-free snack mix or poppy seeds for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch/blue cheese dressing until smooth
Fold in shredded chicken and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese blend
Transfer mixture to a greased 8×8-inch baking dish
Sprinkle remaining cheese and optional toppings over the top
