Ingredients
12 oz jumbo pasta shells
2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until well mixed.
Stuff each cooked shell generously with the chicken and cheese mixture.
Arrange the stuffed shells in a large greased baking dish.
