Ingredients
2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
6 slices turkey bacon, cooked until very crispy and crumbled
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup creamy ranch dressing
12 small flour street-taco tortillas
2 tablespoons olive oil, for brushing
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, and ranch dressing until well coated.
Lay the flour tortillas out and place a small amount of the chicken mixture in the center of each one.
