Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 cup croutons

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Optional: lemon wedges, anchovy fillets


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
