Instructions
Mix flour, water, butter, sugar, salt, and eggs into a thick dough
Rest dough for 10 minutes
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 375°F (190°C)

Fry churros until golden brown (2-3 minutes)
Drain on paper towels
