Ingredients

Buttermilk, 1 cup
All-Purpose Flour, 1/2 cup
Baking Powder, 1 tablespoon
Garlic Powder, 1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and remove excess fat from joints
Cover wings in buttermilk and refrigerate for 4 hours
Mix flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Dredge each wing fully in the coating mixture
Place wings in a single layer in air fryer. Cook at 400°F for 22-25 minutes, flipping halfway
