Ingredients

Scale

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips (dark, milk, and white)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
2 cups sprinkles
2 cups candy melts (assorted colors)
Cornstarch for dusting
Unsalted dry-roasted peanuts (optional)

Instructions

Plan 3-5 treats: choose cookies, chocolate bark, and candies.
Mix flour, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl.
Incorporate softened butter and mix until crumbly.
Add beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips. Blend thoroughly.
Divide dough into portions, roll into balls, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Flatten dough balls, press sprinkles/sliced nuts into tops, and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes.
For chocolate bark, melt candy melts with cornstarch (for texture), spread on baking sheets, and top with nuts and sprinkles.
Cut bark into decorative shapes once set.
Assemble candy bar in a visually appealing tray with themed labels and colorful accents.

Notes

Customize with graduate’s favorite themes or colors.
Store cookies and bark in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
Use halal-certified chocolate and candy melts for dietary compliance.
Add non-alcoholic flavor extracts as creative twists.
